Animanda was one of the substantial competing groups working on Death Note during its original Japanese broadcast. Surviving release files document a run from episode 1 through episode 31, matching AniDB's archival record of 31 released episodes before the project was dropped. It did not finish the series, but its unusually long run makes it one of the more visible incomplete Death Note projects of the period.
Signature style
Death Note releases survive primarily as XviD AVI broadcast-era files. The surviving archive contains releases from episode 1 through episode 31.
