AnimeOne (AonE) was one half of the defining early Naruto joint with ANBU. On 2004-08-12, AnimeOne's own site announced that the partnership with Anbudom had ended because of 'Irreconcilable Differences,' said AonE would continue Naruto independently, and refused to publish the private reasons. Two days later ANBU published a much more detailed statement from its own perspective. AniDB later preserves AonE as a complete 220-episode Naruto release line. ANBU's explanation of the breakup should be attributed to ANBU rather than treated as AnimeOne's admission.
Signature style
AnimeOne's own 2004-08-12 Naruto announcement called the end of the ANBU joint 'Irreconcilable Differences,' said AonE would continue independently with 95–96 expected soon, and deliberately declined to disclose the specific reasons in order to keep things civil.
