A mysterious, green-haired immortal woman who bestows the power of Geass upon Lelouch in exchange for a secretive, binding "contract." Dubbed the "Immortal Witch," C.C. is immune to physical harm, does not age, and has watched empires rise and fall for centuries. Despite her deep emotional detachment from humanity and her legendary, bottomless obsession with ordering large Pizza Hut boxes, she harbors a profound, heartbreaking vulnerability regarding her eternal existence.

Contracts · Code Bearers · Thought Elevator

The Geass Order reveals that Lelouch's power belongs to a system older than his rebellion. V.V. and C.C. are Code bearers, children are studied as potential Geass users, and Charles has spent years pursuing access to C's World. What looked like Lelouch's private supernatural advantage is actually one branch of a project tied directly to the Emperor and Marianne.

The Code of Immortality

SPOILER! Code Bearer · Immortality · The Contract's End Open →
A Code bearer such as C.C. does not age, rapidly recovers from otherwise fatal injuries, and cannot be controlled by Geass. The series treats acquiring a Code as the possible end point of a Geass contract, but not as a clean level-up rule. What matters in the story is the cost: the person who grants Geass may eventually ask the contractor to inherit the immortality they have spent centuries carrying.
