The recurring, utterly incompetent undercover agent for the Edo police. Manzou is the ultimate comedic relief, popping up in the most random places and bizarre disguises while attempting to bust criminal rings or catch our trio. He famously drops an entirely anachronistic, fully animated beatbox routine while disguised as an ascetic monk, which is easily one of the most memorable and bizarre stylistic flexes in the entire series.
