The hyper-energetic, fast-talking, and fiercely confident co-pilot of Impact Blue. Sitting in the passenger seat of the SilEighty, Sayuki is the operational brain of the operation—utilizing her incredible spatial awareness to shout precise pace notes, drift timings, and cornering strategies to Mako over the roar of the exhaust. She possesses an incredibly loud, fun personality and doubles as Mako's fiercely protective ultimate wingwoman in her personal life.

Why it matters
The SilEighty battle is the first time Takumi faces an opponent whose home-course knowledge is organized between two people. He is not only chasing a car; he is chasing a practiced partnership.

Impact Blue has the advantage Takumi usually owns: deep road familiarity. Mako drives while Sayuki supports the run, allowing the SilEighty to attack Usui as a practiced two-person system.

What changed
Takumi cannot rely on years of delivery memory. He has to read another driver's line, learn the course under pressure and decide how quickly he can trust what he has just learned.

For the first time, the viewer can separate Takumi's general adaptability from the enormous advantage built by years of Akina repetition.
The famous Usui corner is part of a course Impact Blue has practiced as a pair. Mako can commit to the car while Sayuki supports the run with information and timing.
Why it matters
Takumi has to learn from their movement while the race is already happening. That is a very different problem from defending his own mountain.
