Tony Frost is a Sleeper who awakens on Second Earth before Yuji and becomes the strongest pilot in the Sleeper Brigade. Calm, distant and extraordinarily effective against the Blue, Tony gives Yuji an immediate rival and a frightening example of what the military wants its Sleeper program to produce. His apparent lack of emotion hides something more dangerous than simple discipline. As his B-cells activate, Tony becomes convinced that the Sleepers represent the next stage of life and begins seeing himself in messianic terms. He rejects the idea that humanity deserves to reclaim Earth and draws Alicia into his vision of a final judgment against the remaining population. Tony's transformation makes the Sleeper program's greatest success one of Second Earth's most serious threats.

Tony Frost initiated a violent uprising on Second Earth, slaughtering station personnel and attempting to hijack the orbital defense cannon to purge non-Sleepers.
The Breakdown
Yuji confronted Tony inside the station corridors. Tony deployed enhanced B-cell reflexes, but Yuji, fighting to protect Marlene rather than out of bloodlust, out-maneuvered Tony and struck a fatal blow, ending the Sleeper revolt.
