Hellsing · Supporting

The butler. Hellsing family retainer, has served across decades, handles logistics and combat with the same unhurried precision. His weapon is monomolecular wire deployed with a control that earned him the name Angel of Death when he was considerably younger. Walter is the show's most quietly impressive presence. Old, immaculate, and dangerous in ways that do not announce themselves until the moment they need to. The restraint is the point.

Episodes 5–6 · Hellsing HQ Defense

Walter fights with nearly invisible wires controlled from his hands, turning narrow corridors into killing zones during the Valentine assault. The 2001 series does not need a technical lecture about molecular composition to sell the weapon. What matters is the contrast: the elderly butler who handles tea and logistics with perfect calm can also dismantle armed ghouls faster than Hellsing's conventional soldiers can react.

Episodes 5–6 · Brotherhood / Dead Zone · HQ Assault

Luke and Jan Valentine attack Hellsing headquarters with an armed ghoul force and nearly erase the organization's manpower in one night. Walter and Seras hold the building while Integra faces the attack at command level. Luke goes upstairs looking for the strongest opponent in the house and finds Alucard, who answers by releasing more of his restrained power. Jan reaches the Round Table but dies without giving Hellsing a clean explanation of who sent them. The victory leaves the organization alive and gutted.
